The location was great about 15 minutes walk to the Haram. The stuff was nice too

Pleasant stay with a very comfortable room and incredibly helpful staff. The only downside was the 4 PM check in policy, despite my request for a 10 AM arrival, they couldn't accommodate me, which was a bit inconvenient since I was only staying for a few hours.

Beds are very comfortable room size. Washroom is alright! It’s very busy and extremely overwhelming with heavy noise because it is such a busy neighborhood?

Renewed hotel, in the room cattle, flat screen and hair dryer. Shuttle buses are going before and after prayers for only one hour. There’s no cleaning of the room during stay. Elevators are busy.

Good value, close to Haram, near to restaurants and good rooms No credit, check in 2:30 to 3:00 pm, no bus to Haram, no welcome water and tea (may be by mistake, room service forget)
