The hotel is located close to important areas for Umrah, which was the main reason I booked it. I also appreciated trying to stay calm and patient despite the challenges, as I had traveled from the USA for a religious purpose. Unfortunately, there were very few positives beyond the location. The check-in process took over an hour, and the staff struggled to communicate in English, Urdu, or Hindi. During check-in, the receptionist took my iPhone to check the booking details and accidentally dropped it, cracking the screen, then asked me to pay 10 SAR for the damage. The room was extremely small and overcrowded with three beds in a space clearly meant for one person, leaving no room for our luggage; despite repeated promises, the hotel never changed our room, had no charging ports, refused a refund, and forced us to move to another hotel at our own expense.

On first day room was found clean after that I stay 3 days but no one come for cleaning or bedsheet replacment.
