Friendly staff. Especially the front office manager was very very kind. İ had difficulties about my booking dates because of provate reason. The front office staff and manager solved it and helped me a lot. Thanks a lot for all of them. Widh to stay there soon again.

Excellent stay.. very clean, comfortable, and just 5mins from Al Haram. Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Nothing!

The room size was too tight for 5 beds. The Bathroom was tight too. The shuttle bus to Haram was not comfortable and there was always delays. The 35-minute walk to Haram was faster and more comfortable than the bus ride.

The cleaning staff don't clean well, the rooms are super noisy during the days as the hotel is on a very busy street. And the hotel is very far from the haram

They free shuttle bus transportation going and coming back from Hotel to Haram. And it was near Haram area, like 15mins from Our hotel via bus. The reception staff were polite and attentive and helpful. They answers to the queries in a Very good manner. Also the room service staff, were kind and provides us the things that we need in our room. May Allah bless you all None that I can Say.

It’s comfortable and clean good for a short stay. Gets really crowded during peak seasons and it’s 40 mins walk from Al Haram. The neighborhood was not clean and crowded.

Behavior of the staffs, Cleanliness. Location was far from haram but they offer Shuttle during prayer time. Internet connection was very bad. Daily cleaning not done.

The staff wasn't accommodating of any requests. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and not even upon requests. The king room has twin beds joined together with no option of a single large blanket. The room had no microwave.
