The housekeeping and room service staffs were helpfull and nice... Kept the room clean.. location is nice. 10-15 mins walk from Haram... Unless you speak Arabic, you wont get much help from the reception especially during morning.. afternoon staff was ok... Needs to improve shower system...

The reception girl is very terrible, she is busy with her mobile. I don't care who the hotel guest is. Business must be bad for such employees. Later I tried to find out her name from her and she said her name is Abrar. Reception
