I asked the staff to clean the room 3 times in 3 different days, but nobody came to clean the room, for me as a person who is not messy and keep things organized and clean it was not a big problem, however I think if the case was with another messy people would be a serious problem

The service was truly exceptional from check-in to check-out. I was particularly impressed by the supporting staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The entrance area felt a bit neglected and didn't quite match the high quality of the rest of the property. While the staff’s spirit and dedication were outstanding, a little more attention to the aesthetic and maintenance of the entryway would really improve the first impression.

Strongly recommend. Best hotel in makkah.

The Location is great, Even if the haram is super busy, you can leave the hotel exactly at Adhan and still catch the prayer in the ground floor mataf because King Abulaziz Gate opens again at adhan time. Staff is very respectful and polite, but one person at reception isn’t enough around hajj season, the staff are overwhelmed and i don’t blame them, i blame the ones behind it. the staff themselves are doing a great job for the busy days at the end of hajj. No Bugs at all, clean and well equipped bathrooms compared to other hotels. Well, i arrived the first day after the Hajj season was officially over. entrances are not that fancy, on the sides of the building. and it was busy and crowded, people leaving and people coming at the reception, with only one staff member who is racing to serve everyone, in total i waited 30-40 minutes to get the room key. We went up to the floor and the hallway was extremely dirty, with stains on the floor and what seemed like a spot of blood, this stayed for more than whole day until the they cleaned the hallway. Entered the room, and it was small, 4 beds in a room that is made for 2 beds, but that wasnt a problem because its normal in makkah and medinah, the problem was the bed sheets which had stains of different colors, and what seemed like blood, i’m pretty sure they were washed and cleaned just not enough, or needed to get thrown. Although next day when i told a cleaning staff, he changed one bedsheet to a clean one, but why would you serve a room like that? Even the receptionist, which i highly respect, told me to choose a time where they change the sheets, but i was leaving next day, and again, why would there be stains to begin with? Room’s telephone was also not working. I’m pretty sure the hotel is better in other seasons, but its fair to say the experience is not good near hajj.

The location is good, although hidden, provides easy access to the Masjid/haram. Its value for money considering all the other hotels nearby. The entrance/side should be clean at all times.
