الموقع قريب جداا من الحرم ومن برج الساعه وبرج الصفوه وسهوله وصول اوبر او أي توصيل الي المدخل الرئيسي للفندق ، سهوله استخدام المصاعد قبل مواعيد الصلوات Nothing

Hotel is very very nice in everything,location,clean,breakfast amazing,housekeeping staff was very kind and polite they are trying to help us . I faced one issue in my room , immediately they rectified also special thanks to Mr.Abdullah in reception lobby was very interested until get it done. Everything was good

The cleaning staff is very good . Big thanks to Md Sohan and Mohiuddin all of them need a pay rise!! Close proximity to the haram (5min walk) to gate 1 of king Abdul aziz Arab reception staff were arrogant and very dismissive especially when no hot water was available for a whole 24 hours and no compensation was offered.Even though reception informed us a maintenance team will have a look no one came, we asked twice!! This hotel is really a 2/3 star I have no ideas why it's a 5 star. Rooms are shabby, very tight and stuffy. Major safety concerns in the bathroom as telephone wires are exposed and next to the bidet. My advise for anyone in the west is to book either Hilton convention or address hotel. Although it's further away it's definitely worth the walk! Walls are paper thin and when all lights are switched off you can hear a constant static sound of electricity.
