I liked about the Hotel is that it located very close to Al Haram and thy provide Golf Cart Service which is a great service. overall experience was excellent. ms afraa was very cooperative. Had a great experience staying in Makkah at this hotel.

What I like was that the cleaners are respectful and they actually clean very well and make everything spotless, when we’re going to prayers they gives us rides so we don’t get tired and hot in the sun. I liked everything that I didn’t have anything to not like.

I booked and payed one night but there was a problem with my reservation . Booking.com took my money but the hotel refused to give me the room and they said you can have one but the price was doubled. Shower on top of the toilet in the bathroom. Too small.

Near to Haram and adjacent parking lot Mazen ( bellman) was excellent and carried our luggage uphill upon checking in and out to the car 1- I tried to book a day before directly in lobby but receptionist told me our price is 500 Saudi Ryial and no available rooms, I tried on application I found available rooms but you deducted 998 Saudi Ryial ……NEARLY DOUBLE THE PRICE … when I checked in I found the price is still 500 Saudi Ryial per night 2- the hotel is uphill and the have a golf car to transport people up all time, however during my stay I didn’t find this car even once 3- the TV has no signal and notified receptionist and the maintenance guy told I can’t fix it
