Proximity to the Haram was everything. It was very convenient as a brief layover after Umrah before we all head back to Jeddah to continue our trip. The fixtures are only and falling apart. They look solid, as in great quality when installed, but they need a good tune up to meet today's standards.

The location, the diner and the staff. -I asked for one queen or king bed, I got two separated beds. -The ac is facing the beds, was blowing into my head all night. -The location of the room, I asked for the same side as my previous stay, but did not happen.

*كانت الاقامة جدا ممتازه بداية من الاستقبال والعاملين ف الفندق (عمال النظافة -وموظفي المطعم - وموظفي الأمن) * الافطار كان متنوع جدا وخيارات مميزة * قربه من الحرم المكي بشكل عام كل شي كان ممتاز ويفوق التميز وسوف اكرر التجربة للمره الثالثه لا يوجد اي ملاحظات او سلبيات للفندق وكان منظم ومريح طوال فترة اقامتي ف الفندق كانت تجربة متكاملة ومميزة من جميع النواحي
