Too many stairs to reach the hotel.We couldn't cancel too They should have mentioned location with stairs.The climb was endless.

Location very close to haram and staff was very nice The hotel is located at hill and carts are sometimes available and sometimes there is long wait. The washroom had minimal space to shower.

Location really bad you have to go down a very steep road,very noisy, entrance entering the hotel was block you had to go thru a very high step and small open entrance really really bad I would like to have a refund really this is horrible my room was so small I had no place to walk, coffee/tea shelf was falling apart was hidden in a small closet no drawers to put my clothes really horrible this by far the most horrible stay in a hotel for me,I can go on on they was demolition next door whit heavy machinery.

After a long and exhausting journey from Jeddah, I was told at check-in that the price was 1,677 SAR, while my Booking.com app clearly showed 1,477 SAR including taxes. When I asked for clarification and showed the app, the receptionist laughed, ignored my concern, and moved to another guest instead of explaining professionally. His attitude was extremely disrespectful. Only after reconnecting the Wi-Fi did the price change in the app, which caused confusion and distress. The room he gave us was extremely dirty, dusty, with non-working Wi-Fi, and completely different from the photos. It honestly felt like punishment for questioning the price. When I asked to change the room, he claimed the hotel was fully booked. The only positive part was the next day: another receptionist and the housekeeping team were very kind, respectful, and helpful, and they immediately changed our room. I am grateful to them. However, the first impression matters, especially in Makkah. Due to the unprofessional behavior at check-in and the unacceptable initial room condition, I cannot recommend this hotel and cannot give it a high rating.
