NEVER NEVER EVER STAY AT MANAZIL AJYAD… starting from the most pethatic reception staff to there never working golf carts to rude behavior during checkout. I paid extra amount equal to half night rent for few hours delayed checkout yet the manager called me right during maghreb prayers and asked about check out status although i already had paid them the extra amount and we agreed on checkout after maghreb prayers The lifts are very very old and gets stuck again and again its a life risk NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS CREEPY HOTEL. Thier Golf carts always keeps you waiting and the gold cart staff is least bothered. Even the housekeeping and room service is non existent

Excellent stay for our family of 6! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The AC worked perfectly, and we felt safe thanks to the good security. The location is very convenient, being close to Haram. One of the best services was the golf cart shuttle that picked us up from the front of the hotel and dropped us near Haram. The same service was available for the return trip, which was especially helpful for our family. Staff helped us in moving our Luggages on check in and check out. also provided us water , clean our rooms in timely manners.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

It is near Haram. We can't follow the location of hotel via Google maps, and Taxi drivers don't know the hotel, so it took us two hours to look for and reach the hotel. Furthermore, since hotel is located at hilly site, so there was no golf cart service available for drop and pick for Haram. There was just one golf cart and that was on charging.

The hotel is located on a hill which was not mentioned and it can be very tiring to go back and forth multiple times a day. They have shuttle service which is not always available. Prices are very reasonable but not the best choice.
