this area full with homeless and is not safe to walk around at night. i came to this hotel especially for the parking and asked i the special requests, they ignored my request and told i cant park there because it's full and it was too late for canceling the booking, if they would reply to my request and say i can't park there I've never would get to this hotel. It took me an hour to find a parking lot that let me park for two days.

The staff Nothing

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had hot water showers. The little coffee, and grocery shop was great. There were no chairs in the rooms. The only place to sit was the bed. The lighting in the room was horrible. I often needed to use the light on my phone to read the simplest of things. It was simply too dark. The silly ceiling lights were inadequate. I couldn't see my face to shave. There was no plug next to the bed. I have a CPAP machine. They also had no extension cord to offer. There wasn't a water glass in the room. There was no place to put clothes or a suitcase. No clothes hangers. The few hooks / pegs were a joke as everything fell off of them. I was told there was WiFi in the room and given the code three times. They simply didn't have WiFi except in the lobby. I sort of forgave the above because everyone was so nice. But four nights of this was inconvenient. After night one, I hung up the sign to have the room cleaned. When I returned there were clean sheets and a roach in the middle of the pure white sheet. I ran to the bathroom to get some toilet paper to address the situation and there was a second roach on the bathroom floor. I put up the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign thereafter. It seemed they brought in the roaches with the sheets.

internet does not work in the room , bathroom is inside the room and mirror , if not a couple , the second person has to go out while showering, window is near ro the ceiling., so you can not look out.
-
Everything. If you have a visitor then you will pay same as the room.

Generally comfortable and clean. Communicating with the staff was a little uneven mainly because one young man didn'y want to quit his phone conversation while trying to help us. Most were friendly and helpful. Taxi drivers told us not to walk around the area at night as it was not safe from thieves. We saw a lot of policemen on the streets though and had no issues. Rooms were suitable, a little spartan- no chair for instance. Quirky tlie pictures in the shower- mine was Fred and Wilma Flintstone.

The hotel offers free tank water to drink and is very pretty for the area the shower didn´t have door, it was full transparent and the sink was outside of the bathroom, right next to the bed and it was too little so when we brush our teeth or wash our hands the water falls into the floor and bed. also it was sold as a double bed but the size was small, like a regular 1 person bed

Cheap. Conveniently connected to a Toastao store for coffee etc Walls are too thin, very noisy. No wifi in my room. Given a room without a window. Staff seem uninterested at best. It is a central location but on a busy road in what did not seem the safest area.

Its a great hotel if you just need a room for a couple nights. Not a lot of services, but everything was great

Everything was perfect

The area this hotel is located in is not nice with a busy road outside. I was also charged cash on arrival for my stay with my card used to secure the booking also being charged. I tried to resolve this issue of being double charged while staying in the hotel but they refused to refund me.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and the location was close to a lot of places to eat and to visit,

the price for 3 days but the facilities could’ve been better. terrible wifi access, the cleaners didn’t change the sheets and they didn’t clean the floor! in the picture with the slipper you can see 2 cockroaches. We left early morning to do a activity and when we came back it was still there! only the bed was fixed but the sheets were the same!
-
no windows in the room. not well cleaned. began doing construction on the room next door early in the morning.
-
The price was not bad. The room.was.not clean. The.mirror on the wall was super dirty. There were hair on the floor. We only got two towels while 3 people were staying in the room. We were a family of 6 and we booked 2 rooms, they place 3 of us on the 5th floor and the rest on the 11th floor. No AC in the rooms but it was not a big deal.
-
Good location and good size room Extremely noisy, windows did not lock properly either
-

-

-
Not clean room infected bed bugs. Not able to sleep at night due to noise outside. Room with no windows, no hot water for showers.
