The staff did not have any information about the tour for guest. Whenever we asked about the trip or how we could get more information, they simply said they did not know. It was very disappointing and unhelpful.

Nothing To much cucarrachas the Dorchester have only hotel water or cold water it don't to get a mixing of cold and warm water.breakfast very bad every day the Sametime...no es higiénico...never go back to that hotel....

No fridge, the micro is at the 8 floor alot cockaroach in the room, some of the male staff are not friendly the service bad with one of them

I appreciated the excellent service, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the relaxing ambiance that made my stay very enjoyable. There was nothing I didn’t like. The only downside was that my stay ended sooner than I wanted.

One receptionist gave me a hard time I had to notify her supervisor and the problem was solved. The WiFi is terrible

The location was a walk away from all activity you need, there is also 1 Mall in front of the Hotel and 1 small Mall 7 door steps away. The breakfast was simple but good for the price. There were some mini cockroach and bus sound till late in the night. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel. That is good for your transportation but not for your bedtime sleep. It was a little noisy. But, super good location.

Just ok Don’t like the fact that they up charge for rooms with a jacuzzi that never works. And I’ve been here more than once. Also game me problems about guest and charged me to bring a guest to my room.
