The location was quite clean. Walking distance to historical places The night staff was not really helpful. Quite noisy overnight chatting with friends Venue by the street very noisy They say they have free toiletries but they offer small soap and you need to go to ask for towels and everything else you need.

The room was insecure, the door did not have a security lock, the mattress was hard as stone, the sheets had blood stains, the location is not excellent, we had to move in there to a location in El Poblado.
