It’s no hotel just like motel no good very noisy no nothing All very noisy

Personel an location are second to none.

Traffic right outside my window was noisy but only annoying when drivers use their horn which was quite often. Otherwise I would sleep through the noise.

Location Staff a little slow to respond. Busy multi tasking which is ok. Efficient!

A friendly staff This hotel wasn’t a match for our family so we checked out and look for another hotel an was still charged how do we get a refund this isn’t fair to be on vacation like this. It could be a policy but no one deserves to be treated like this on vacation. I hope you understand the feeling. The property wasn’t a fit for my family we checked out after one night the room is so small no space for us what is shown on site isn’t the same you get.

Great value for a dorm-like hotel room located in the best area of Medellin. The beds were comfortable, the wall-mounted fan was adequate, we never turned on the split-mini air conditioner. Fantastic breakfast provided. Dinner was also available for a modest fee. We could walk to all shopping and dining. Extremely affordable meals and transportation available everywhere.

This is a nice short 5 minutes from the main party part of town. This is ideal if you want to hang out there without all the fuss and noise. The staff are helpful, the facilities are ok. The breakfast is good but the coffee mediocre. Its also a short walk from the station which made it a fine balance between getting around and chilling in la lleras park. The value for money for this place cannot be understated. They have a door ringbell which everyone can hear which is annoying as it goes off all the time especially at night. The road outside can be heard due to the thin windows, so not one for light sleepers. The room wasnt not the biggest, but it does what you need. The view from the rooftop was good if under utilised due to layout and used as the washing area for the hotel. The hotel communication is a bit directly and stressful due to lack of Spanish on my part.

The location was good, close to everything you need. Nightlife, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. The breakfast was pretty descent and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quite noisy and our bathroom floor was always wet from a leak somewhere.

It does not look like a hotel. Every time you need to enter property, you need to ring a bell. Sometimes receptionist takes a lot of time to open. Location and noise. My room was on the street side, windows cannot be closed well. You can hear everything through walls. Breakfast is beyond basic.

Nothing Horrible location, very loud, employees started talking at 6:45am and the TV was running, no insulation, it was basically like the combersation happened in my room. The room had no window…

Not very spacious and very warm at night because there's only one fan that can't be directed to all beds. About the staff- When I reached the hotel apparently I found out that I ordered only for 1 person a room of 4. Of course it was my mistake. However, they raised the price by 120 cop - though the price for 4 people is the same in booking, something I found out at the last day. They didn't care and told me it's my problem.

Exceptional

The hotel was nice and basic. Id call it more of a motel than a hotel. The bathroom was a bit outdated but not to worry. The bed was large and confortable as well as the room. Staff were lovely. Good location. The room was too hot. No ventilation despite the window being open and the fan being on 24/7 nothing seemed to work cooling the room. This had a huge impact on my rating as I was always uncomfortable at the hotel.

Nice people and good position No AC

Location in the Poblado is a great plus. Staff at the desk 24h/24. The hotel is on a very noisy road. The room was small without ac so it was terribly hot and impossible to sleep with the window open because of the road.

Everything was OK. Safe Location( close to metro,bus, restaurant....),kind personal, room clean.

Poor air circulation except for a fan blowing hot air. It was very warm.
