This is my second stay in Viajero Medellin and from what I experienced I will keep coming back. The hostel it's amazing and what made it more special is the service. The reception team Fernanda, Douglas and Kelvin always provide excellent service. I also have to mention the team from the restaurant Daniel, Gabriel and Carolina that are very friendly and helped me a lot making sure I was well fed and taken care of. Special mention to Julieta from reception who helped me with my reservation for Guatape.

Even as I worked, they made sure I had food and drinks nearby, ready to cater to my needs with genuine smiles. The reception team, Kelvin, Douglas, and Fernanda, embodied friendliness and helpfulness. This is the ideal place for those who seek a vibrant experience in the heart of the city.
