Limpieza. Solo tengo 2 toallas para un apartamento grande en el spa durante varios días Cuando pedí cambiar las toallas diariamente no recibí toallas hasta que volví a pedirlas y tuve que ir a la recepción por ellas.

A little noisy.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff in general are very good. A special thanks to Jonathan on the night shift, who was incredibly helpful during our stay!

I liked cleaning and kitchen to cook and room for family that many guests can have seats.

Only thing i didnt likebis only 2 towels and the noise of the trafic and no hairdryer and also laundry that they recommend me was very expensive but for the rest was good

The room size and the jacuzzi where excellent, especially considering the reasonable cost. The neighborhood doesn't have many restaurants but the location is central and a short ride away from quality dining.

The locations was great and the staff was amazing! The floors were very dirty and there were not many things in the kitchen for us to use. Every time we got out of the shower our feet would be black from the floor.

It was stained and dirty bed headboard and bed linens. The pillow and mattress was waterproof plastic, like a sex motel.

Manuela at front desk she was amazing ? we love to come back she helps us out a lot I also gave my friends and family her name because they are planning to travel pretty soon to Medellin and told them to look for her Alll personal was helpful but Manuela and house keeping helps me out with everything we are very happy thanksgiving thank you guys

Not much honestly, the room itself was for the most part clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room shown in the photos was not the room they gave us. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the towels were stained and/or ripped, there was no closet, wardrobe, or anywhere for us to put our clothes other than on the small couch. There weren’t even any hooks to hang our coats. The free toiletries advertised were not available, there was no hair drier, iron, or anything else like that. The jacuzzi didn’t work either, none of the jets were functional.

Nothing Bad location. Ugly,cold hotel. Staff did not smile and were not welcoming. Expensive for what it is

Great location. Attentive staff. Didn’t have furniture to hang cloths Didn’t have lamps for lower lighting. Room light is too bright and doesn’t set the mood.

I like the location. Was not far from things. Beds was uncomfortable. Pillows are hard as rocks. Not enough soap to use for a shower and the Jacuzzi was not the best.

No sheets…… ???? No windows. No closet. Nothing to make your stay comfortable. Expensive. Is a $25 dollar motel.
