LOVED THE LOCATION! Supermarkets, nails salons, barber shops, restaurants all near by in a lovely neighborhood. A 4 block walk to cra 70 the main ave with restaurants and shops near by and a 3 block distance from Primer Parque de Laureles where there a convenient taxi dispatch. Felt super safe and at ease. The location was really a highlight for me!

The bed was so so comfortable, you almost didn’t want to get up! Location was awesome - we deliberated a lot over whether to stay in Laureles or El Poblado and are so so happy we chose Laureles. It was perfectly safe and had way more of a local feel and great nearby food options. The hotel itself was nice and staff friendly despite our broken spanish. Breakfast was simple and suited us fine, though there were more options for meat eaters. Wifi was a little patchy; While (on level 9) we had amazing sleeps on Friday and Saturday nights, on Monday morning we were woken up very early by the street noise (garbage trucks??), which is maybe what some other reviews mention. We still had a great time and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Exceptional hotel! The staff were super nice and attentive. The rooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel next time you are in Medellin! Nothing. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast and the gym were both good. The location is convenient to the many restaurants on Nutibara. The cafe next door is also convenient. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink does not have hot water. The WiFi was never very good. A maintenance technician was sent to my room to fix the electrical issue and to try to stop water getting on the floor from the shower.
