Location excellent, staff very good I rented two rooms, it didn’t have closets, bathrooms very small. Cracks in the walls and floors, little roaches, they didn’t change sheets, not air conditioner, not elevators to my floor

The second day they don’t clean the room, there’s not kitchen as the images shows. Would be nice to have a freezer in the rooms, and a table to work.

no hot wate which is horrible service for foreignersr. no remote for the tv. need to go dowbstair to iron and they have no ironing board only a blanket. at night or the day, they lock the front doors when staff are not infront of deak which is not efficient, there was a family of 4 and I was waiting for a staff to open the door because she was checking out a room which makes everyone wait in lobby to get out.

The staff were very helpful. They would call the car for me to take places. I wished they would of had air conditioning.

Nice Balcony Elevator was working fine and the staff was very friendly 24/7 assistance There was a TV but no way to use it unless I used my youtube account. No mirror in bedrooms. No kitchen amenities (plates, spoons, cups!) There was a microwave but no kitchen. No better coffee options

Location No hot water there was no ac which I knew ahead of time but the fan was so loud it was like having an airplane engine in the room. The desk clerk was more interested in her phone than finding a quieter fan.

Electric warm, (not hot), water for the room. The laundry service kept me at the hotel for hours after check out.

The location is really good with a lot of restaurants and cafes... It's also very close to La 70 which is a very active street but you don't hear any noise at night. Not much but the girl at the reception tried to charge us $20,000 pesos for checking out 20 minutes late as we thought check out was at 1pm not 12... We did not like her attitude

Location is good The location is good, but that's really where the positive feedback ends. The room's only window was towards the lobby (that doubles as a garage!!), with artificial light 24/7 and zero sound isolation. While the "sofa bed" was not proper for sleeping.. Despite having a fridge and microwave, they had zero plates, cups, cutlery etc and when asked to bring us some, one person in the reception said "of course, they will be right there", while the other person the next day that they do not offer that. The receptionists were inconsiderate watching TV and listening to music well into the night and shouting to each other early in the morning. Cherry on top? Found a condom wrap under the bed! 100% would NOT recommend.

It’s a great value, as the location is on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to dozens of excellent restaurants. Can’t think of much.
