Great personnel, great location, breakfast and environment in general. Leave the hotel, the place!

The food was great. The receptionist was a total jerk, it was asking for my id, but when i showed him Digital ID, he told me that i got to send a copy. Then ask me to leave my bike without lock. The bed was like broken or something like that i ask for them to fix it but nothing happened.

The hotel is very good. Food good. Staff excellent. Location the best. The bed was very uncomfortable — the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. This made it hard to get a good night’s sleep

The location was perfect and the facilities were ok. There is area of improvement, regarding the attention of details: one day, they didn't gave us toilet paper (and we ran out of it) and other day they forgot about the towels. Fortunately we carried our own.

1. The location is brilliant. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in walk distance, especially one restaurant provide peru food is absolutely yummy, it was the best food experience during Medellin trip. 2. The public work space is convient and conformtable. 1. The room is very small and the facility was not good, even the table was broken. 2. Few options for the breakfast. 3. No one can speak English.
