Everything/ todo No complaint

Staff was great! Louisa, reception area was great. Explained everyhting very clear. Beds were comfortable. Mixed feelings about the location. Easy access to El Poblado park, Provenza and a supermarket right infront of the hotel. Soap and shampoo provided (for the ones that uses these). Mixed feelings about the location. Allot of homeless outside. Its a corner, and pretty dark walking up to the hotel. Shower area was missing areas to put your shampoo/soaps. I was offered an upgrade, but had to pay for it. I feel that as it is advertised for genius customers, I should not have had to pay for it!

Amé el café! El personal muy amable y atento todo el tiempo. La cama super cómoda, las almohadas normal. Las toallas sí deberían cambiar, se veían algo desgastadas. Limpieza en general super bien, mi cuarto tenía un balconcito chévere, podía tomar aire. Para mí que viajé sola estuvo super bien el tamaño del cuarto, estaba cómoda. Me gustó que tenía un supermercado justo al frente. El desayuno me encantó. Es sencillo pero se ve que hay alguien detallista que selecciona cada ingrediente y propuesta. Mi experiencia fue super buena, lo recomendaría y sí volvería. Tal vez algo de ruido en las noches, no es algo que moleste, pero sí se escucha la bulla/fiestas del barrio en la habitación. La entrada al hotel es un poco extraña, es un callejón que da un poco de miedo en las noches sobretodo si estás sola. Es una zona segura de todas formas.

The location of this hotel is just perfect for someone that is looking to be close to the busy streets, but not be bothered by the noise on those streets. Everything was fine, it was a lovely stay. They really went beyond to accommodate every request we made.

Looks nice Stains on sheets, I told the lady there was no soap to shower and she said I had to wait till the morning . When went downstairs for breakfast at 9 am there was nothing left but scraps

Luisa Fernanda works on the front desk also. But she has A rather rude way to speak to the customer. She answers rudely.

We had an amazing experience at Somos Central. The room was clean and confortable, location great, a bit hidden but a 5min walk distance to El Parque del Poblado and the Main Street. The night front desk attendant Bryan was helpful and the kindness person you can find. He made our stay wonderful

Perfect location, walkable to shops restaurants etc.. There was an awful very loud alarm sound in my room the first night went on all night did not sleep at all. Second night much better no alarm sound slept well

The location was perfect, not too close to the noise; we could sleep very well at night. The staff was very friendly. I loved that it was my boyfriend's birthday the day we checked in and that they noticed without me telling them anything. He received a very thoughtful message and a piece of cake. Besides that, the breakfast was also great!

Poor

Staff was helpful and patient. The hotel was set back a bit from the road, so it was close to things but not too close. There’s a grocery store nearby that’s good to grab stuff from. Probably 15 minute walk to the metro station and only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants of Poblado.

I truly loved the entry of the hotel. You walk in to a cafe area where you enjoy your breakfast. It’s surrounded by greenery and they play beautiful music. I woke every morning and went down to enjoy coffee and the ambiance. I got the king suite. So there was plenty of room. The staff were very nice and helpful. And the location was great. Walking distance to all the action in Provenza and Manila. The mattresses were too hard for us, but my friend staying in another room was very happy.

Breakfast could have been better

Clean comfortable with all necessities.. pleasant staff The halls were a bit noisy.
