Cool breakfast and nice staff. Our room was basically in eating area and next to the elevator so we didn't get much sleep. Our room didn't have any window what was weird.

Next time I'll choose a place in Poblado. Location less than ideal. The only positive is that the shower was warm with good pressure. Worst service!!! Receptionist is incredibly rude. Mumbles at you from his seat with his arms folded or behind his head. They don't have a card machine and he sent me out alone at night to find an ATM, without giving me directions or instructions on where the nearest would be. When I told him that my toilet wasn't flushing he mumbled something about how it's so easy to fix and, again, just gave me a stinky attitude from his seat with his arms across his chest. They claim to be 24 hour reception but they close the door at 9pm, even when I tell them I'm 10 minutes away and to please wait for me. Even though I messaged them to say please don't close the door, I was locked out! Rooms are okay but the hotel is extremely noisy. The room's only window opens onto the corridor and can't close because the latch is broken, nor does it have any curtains, so all the noise and light from the corridor comes into the room. Breakfast is very simple - an arepa and scrambled eggs. Would NOT recommend!

Located in a local neighbourhood, friendly staff, nice breakfast, near two metro stations, cleanliness of the hotel, great prices. I just want to give a big shoutout to the staff working there. They are the real stars of the show. Without them, everything would be a mess. They deserve a pay raise. I’m a tall person which means the bed was a bit too small. My feet were sticking out a bit. However, that would probably be the only downside. People said the neighbourhood isn’t the safest, but I didn’t really get that vibe.
