Very friendly stuff, helpful. Great and tasty breakfast. Underground parking available at the hotel in the price which is very appreciated at that location. The socket by the bed worked and didn't work alternately, the lamp also didn't work - reported to the reception. TV channels weren’t active or whatever problem- also reported. Please be careful what information you provide to tourists regarding places - What could be safe and okay for locals/your employees may not be okay for tourists and visitors (specifically Bolivar Street). For a more detailed description, please write to me.

Despite the temperature being cool and comfortable at night outside, the room felt like a greenhouse. No AC, with the fan blowing, the room still gets incredibly hot and humid while you sleep. We went to do the laundry since there’s no sign and the door was wide open, we assumed it was free, a staff knocked on the door later to tell us it costs money, and he needs to go count it to know how much, which would be fine until he decides it will cost equal value as $19 USD. We had already started and weren’t willing to pay that ridiculous price so they actually made us take our things out of the machine sopping wet to our room. Terrible customer service considering the location advertised washing machines on booking and there was no indication it would cost money when we started the machine. The location is also bad, feels slightly unsafe, wouldn’t recommend staying at all if you don’t have a car.

All clean and nice staff It was ok just didn’t need to go out at night

Very friendly personnel. Spacious and great food. Clean facilities. Cute view from the terrace. Fast internet. The area around the hotel isn't very nice. The pillows are uncomfortable and the ved is big but also not very comfy. The light in the room is a bit poor. The shower has a curtain, which I don't personally like but it was clean.

Great value, great location, great food. The staff were very helpful and friendly , especially Sara , Wilfredo. The surrounding environment Was not very pleasant, and I didn’t walk around late at night.

The restaurant and reception areas were nicely done up but the rooms were a little less reassuring. Our room had windows that opened to the hall, so we didn’t get fresh air.
-
Nice renovation to lobby and dining area. The location is close to tourist attractions in the centre of Medellin. The rooms haven't been renovated and are in need of repairs. The neighborhood is run down - which we knew when we booked the hotel for its central location.

The 61Prado Hotel was at a central location close to the metro, restaurants and shopping. Hot water was disappointing- none at first. Staff very attentive and looked into it but at best it was luke warm.

Great staff. Super food. Generally an attractive, inimate hotel. Be advised, the shortish walk to the downtown is though some intimidating streets. The hotel let itself down by its cleanliness. Our shower soap bottle was full of mold, the window sills had not apparently cleaned for weeks, light sockets were loose, and there was mold/rust around leaking pipes. One room was so small and unlike that shown on the internet that we had to change it.

The building was homely, inviting with well maintained old architecture and interior design . Lots of cosy aesthetic spaces . The expansive rooftop and its visual aspect of near and distant views of Medellin ,especially at night time was special. All the staff were helpful ,warm and friendly .No Spanish was not an issue. The menu at 61 Prado was first class. Quality restaurant cuisine with hospitality to match. The bathroom water was hot. The bed was big and cosy with tasteful linen and pillows. It was always quiet. I was totally comfortable, happy and extremely satisfied with the week I spent there. WiFi could be faster at times , but a city issue I believe.

The staff and location were ideal and the restaurant was an added bonus. I loved their dinners and they had a nice wine and bar selection. Best of all the room was quiet, clean and absolutely perfect.
