Excellent breakfast, but impersonal and unfriendly restaurant personnel. Room organization was excellent with space for luggage, desk, rotating fan, and natural light. Neighborhood. Prostitution and drug consumption nearby, noisy crowds across at plaza and for at least a square kilometer of street markets. Was loud and chaotic in that area.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location has good transportation. The neighborhood is dangerous. The front of the hotel was dirty.

The shower pressure is weak and it takes a lot of time to get hot water

Insecure location, unfriendly staff, insecure bedrooms (no way to lock door). Not a place for a family trip.

Comfortable Bed , good linen & thick towels , Hot water, a fridge. Great staff good wifi overall. Location is great in Centro, 2 minutes walk to Metro Berrío Parque 1 minute walk to Bus stop for both airports . The only thing missing is vending machines in the lobby to get water and treats 24/7 ... It gets really sketchy outside after 10 pm

It's an older building and a bit rundown in places but not horribly so. I've had occasional problems with the key cards not working properly, not great for light sleepers (there's a noisy bar on the corner near the east side of the building and the metro rail runs close to the west side but I'm not sure when these shut down because I'm able to sleep through it), THE DOWNTOWN AREA CAN BE DANGEROUS AFTER DARK AND IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, Most people would recommend using taxis at night. Personally, I've walked around near the hotel in areas where there are still many people well into the evening and never had any problems (but I wouldn't advise that later at night). During the day, the surrounding area has its rougher sketchier parts but is reasonably safe so long as you practice typical safety precautions as you should in any urban area (don't flash money, no dar papaya, guard your pockets, remain aware of your surroundings, etc.)
