The best is the shower it's very strong and very hot so that definitely is my favorite, the bed is ok and the tv basic but cable channels allritht, it get hot but the mini fan does feels good, the location is near the palace plaza botero The staff weren't friendly at all, never smile never say hi and always call me name,not harrasing at least or knocking like some hotel staff do, the wifi was bad never work , the lobby is mainly for them, they don't make you feel welcome they always seat there by the tv in their phone so it's like their break room not the client areas, they hide the ciffe I soend nine day only find out theast day I could have had hot coffee daily Instead I drank cold coffee and pay for it, I never was given towels , nine days noone cleaned or give me toilet paper or garbage bags, I'm paying extra fees same as people pay daily not less , was charge for credit card fee and I can't get clean towel once or toilet paper, the last day I ask for a towel they took it and never brought one, they dont want you have a good stay they don't care about clients it's more about you having to please them so they don't feel uncomfortable. Personally love the room and shower and location but not the atmosphere, but I like that they didn't knock daily like some hotel do and that is annoying

Staff!!! You can't expect a swimming pool at these rates. Well worth the money.

Just right to stay for the night, reception clean and staff really polite ? ? I couldn't be there more days? (but it wasn't their fault ?)

very cheap hotel located in the centro staff are nice nice shower with hot water pretty safe security there’s mosquito in the room as there’s broken holes in every windows no curtain in the shower could be dangerous walking outside after dark

The address on line with booking.com is wrong so when you use google you go to the wrong place

Nothing they never responded to me. The address is a fake one. The phone nber is also fake. The place does not exist, or not the right address they gave us. The place didn't exist front he provided address we spent hour looking for it calling them. What a waste of our time

The room was very clean, and there is a private bathroom. The windows were big (in the room we were in) so brought a lot of light into the space. Close to the train, so it is easy to get to just about anywhere in the city. There is no wifi. The wifi didn't reach the room and when I went to the lobby to use it, it moved at a snail's pace. There's no door to the bathroom. We were street side, so the traffic was EXTREMELY loud. Otherwise, there aren't windows in your rooms, just a window to the hallway. There's no door to the bathroom. The pillows were like rocks, so I suggest travelling with a pillow.

I liked that it was convenient, easy to access and very cheap. The location was good and we just needed a bed so it was perfect. The staff was nice and she was willing to let us check in at a very late time. However, I dont recommend this hotel for a nice stay. The rooms were a bit creapy and we could hear the very "lively" night of some other clients.
