Breakfast was great and good location.

I was really clean and close The amount of soap provided
-
Too close to the kitchen, breakfast area. I little noisy in the morning and outside music a little challenging

They gave us the wrong room. I payed for a deluxe and they gave us a smaller room. Dirty walls. No fridge. A lot of noise after 1 am in the halls. The location is not safe.

There were 4 main option choices. Full meal with juice and coffee. Filling with rice and beans. . Only one person taking orders and cooking so service slow. No frills, but I was happy with it.

It’s close to downtown activities. The staff are phenomenal. I love the staff.

The lady serving breakfast was very nice. Staff were nice and accommodating when I asked for a quieter room initially. Our first room had a street window and it was horrible- you could hear screaming of drug addicts outside the room. When I checked out 2 days early, the person working at the desk didn't seem surprised at all. 2nd room was better, much quieter. Free wifi I felt safe in the hotel, but not the neighborhood Location is walking steps to the train- out of this area Unsafe area at night No restaurants open after 6 pm. Even the one recommended to me closed at 5:30. Drug addicts and prostitution rampant in this area. We checked out the next day, even though we had paid for 3 days. I reached out on Booking.com about this prior to checking out and received no response. When we checked in initially, we had to walk around 2 vagrants sitting on the stoop to the entrance. The first room that was loud, the bathroom left much to be desired, with cracked tile and a faucet that cut my hand when I turned it. The 2nd bathroom was better, but both bathrooms had toilet lids that were loose when you sit on them. The mattress was hard No ac in the room- a fan was provided but it was not sufficient. Opening the window was necessary for ventilation, but the noise level is an issue.

The room was small and stuffy and no airflow. It’s very hot even with the fan. No windows.

Central location, right by the metro station. Served basic breakfast. Had a gated door. Hot water, mini fridge, tv and the room is quite spacious. The area gets noisy early on in the morning with street vendors and the shopkeepers. Breakfast is served in an area right outside the rooms of the second floor which gets very annoyingly noisy and disturbing. The hotel has blue lights that illuminate the building at night. These lights shine through the rooms

It was a comfortable stay. I just needed it for one night. Friendly staff. Too much noise because of its location downtown and near metro . Area seems unsafe.
