We had to wait about an hour at reception because they didn't have any rooms available; they had overbooked, and several people, including us, were left without a reservation. In the end, they placed a double bed in a single room, which didn’t even have a properly closing door. There was a hole in the ceiling from the bathroom, and when we took a shower, the faucet wouldn't close, so we had to leave it open for them to fix it. The only redeeming aspect was that the staff was very kind.

Convenient location and the rooms are clean.

Shorth stay/it must be colobian thing Non of the hotels have hot water in thier face sink. Only in the shower.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel located in the very center of the city with a close metro station. Spacious room. Plenty of small cockroach-like bugs in the room. Dusty room. Hairs on the bed. The area does not look safe at night. Lots of noise filtering into the room.

The price and the room was really good value for the money. As a tourist getting off in airplane, and just randomly taking a hotel, I later found out that this hotel is in the roughest area of Medellin. People were telling me to not be out after dark.e It is rough outside. But, the hotel is great. And the staff is great. Jus be aware of he area when booking.

Great location. Cheap. Good amenities. Excellent staff. There are weird people around in the plaza botero. But the security measures have improved dramatically over the past few years. There is police presence at every corner of the street. So there should be nothing to worry about. Just use common sense. Medellin is probably a lot safer city than Chicago.

Hotel is nice and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is not good. There are a lot of homeless people around outside, and it is on a closed pedestrian street. Therefore, taxis/ubers can not leave you in front but close to it. Also you can hear everything from outside.

Very close to centre and the street marketsz lot's of fast food near by. Fair price for medellin . TV just few programs no cable TV. In the night is tu much scum outside of the hotel and around centrl.. But that's general problem of medellin.
