Bed comfortable with fan over it. Good Tv Quite room Towel in bathroom, soap Hot water Staff were friendly Great Value Shower head Room 307 Door lock could be opened without key if jiggled so not the most secure when out.

This is a place where you stay for a very very short time unless you have no choice. There are dark hallways, windows to rooms missing ( but you can't see inside unless you climb up) pretty much a bed and old wooden furniture. The worst was the "noise" in the morning sounded crazy like you were outside on a construction site? I booked for two nights, but only could last one night.

restaurant is independent (pays rent to the hotel) and does not include breakfast. price at restaurant is standard for area i liked everything... this place is great for a solo traveler who wants a lot more than a hostel for a similar price. It's like buy a rolls royce fo r the price of a kia

Nothing I couldn’t pay online with credit card via their platform, the contact numbers were unavailable to use, I wasn’t able to cancel but I still got charged.

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM - they charged me more on arrival because they are theives! they refused to view the reservation I had and stole from us. it is in the most dangerous area of the centre it was gross and they are thieves

friendly front desk (Ariana) nothing else. Tiny room, no lift to the 4th, minimal furniture, very few power sockets, shower head completely broken, no soap, no breakfast at all, even for extra payment. Room door felt insecure, very very noisy. A poor property, should not be available via B.c.

The staff was super nice and patient, helped with everything they could and always with a smile. The location is perfect for those of us who like to be at the central area, the accomodation place is very easy to locate, close to restaurants and shopping mall. It was quiet at night and very peaceful. Clean room with TV. Just perfect. thank you Absolutely nothing
