Wonderful staff. Hard mattress

To noisy couldn’t rest at night time is lot of noise

The pool was super cold.

Breakfast is very simple, but it's free. Staff are very friendly. Location is terrible. Next to a very busy road. There is so much noise and pollution that you can barely sleep at night. The room and bathroom are very outdated. It's like looking back in the 70s in communist block.

The noise level can get loud at times in the morning.

Everyone was very helpful and very kind. We appreciated that there was water available daily to fill our water bottles. Breakfast was very simple but very yummy. Thank you!!

The staff is fabulous and very helpful.

It’s not only a room but an apartment with a large living room. Has a strong safe to store valuables. Amazing shower, retractable mirror etc. In the city center and with private parking included. The breakfast could be better. But it’s ok in Colombia. No cakes and counted eggs.

location and cleanliness rooms and hotel was dated. but in very good condition, noise due to having windows open for ventilation.

Should have mentioned more clearly that the room doesn't have A/C

Location and staff... I need that restaurant to be fully opened again... I need more than breakfast when I go.

Fantastic location, lovely staff - especially Diego on Reception at night, big room with a balcony. Hotel is a bit tired (it must have been fantastic when it was new!), although the lovely staff make up for any shortcomings.

The hotel is very old and outdated. No AC. Very loud all night from traffic on the street. Terrible hard worn out mattress

Its a basic older property that is well taken care of. The staff was GREAT. They did my laundry in a few hours so i could travel with clean clothes.

Disappointing

Clean. Hotel reception. Good bed. View from swimmingpool was less than expected. Lot of street noise although I was in one of the highest levels. One elevator was broken down, it looks for a longer time. So i advice to book for one night or ask if both elevators work. Imagine having to walk 11 floors when the other one is not functioning. The area (old downtown) is not very safe at night. For going out you better go to Paradero, but this gets really bizzy in the weekends.

The staff and hotel is clean No airco is not like 4 star

A very basic hotel, certainly not four stars. The hotel is very basic and needs a complete refurbishment. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

I liked that it had a pool and a gym and the staff was on with me Checking in early at 11am. The pool and gym were under construction and not available, the gym was only cardio and had no free weights. The guy at the front desk was quite rude and laughed when I asked if I could check in early and said check in is only at 3pm. This is in contrast to what they has preciously told me through booking when I asked if I could check in early, they said yes. Quite unreliable.
