Had some issues, first one was with my payment, I booked through Priceline and they never found my booking, neither my sister in law and that one was made through Booking .com I am contacting my bank to see if I will be charged doble cause we had to pay at the hotel. They giave a small room then I was changed to a bigger one but the toilet had some problem. The best of that hotel is the staff, especially Zaida, she went behind the limit to do el job Read above

The woman working at the breakfast her service was espectacular, she was amazing and super helpful. The whole staff was great as well There is too much noise coming in from the outside

Comfortable bed with A/C and jacuzzi in the room. The location is ideal for those who want nightlife. Very loud music playing all night long from bars and nightclubs below the hotel.

I been there before they have confortable rooms. I you want to make a reservation they send a payment link to pay 50% of the room cost, in my case I had to cancel my reservation the next day after pay but the hotel refused to refund my money back, even do my reservation was for the next month.

Nothing. To stay at this hotel was the worst decision we could have made. We arrived and initially staff were nice. However the next day we found a bed bug on the bed, we took a picture, also put the bug in a bag and went downstairs to explain that we were leaving. We said we would pay for the night we stayed but not for the other 3 and wanted a refund. The woman at the desk spoke to someone on the phone. She then immediately started questioning us. My partner went up to the room with her as she said the picture didn’t match the fabric on the bed. She then told my partner that either we move to another room or she would call the police as we were lying. she intimidated us and blackmailed us so we left and I was in tears. The noise outside from the bars was also incredibly loud and the rooms were not soundproofed and the noise didn’t stop until 3am. This was meant to be a treat for my partners 30th birthday and ended up as an absolute nightmare. I would 100% not recommend this hotel to anyone.
