Very spacious rooms, spectacular view (had a junior suite) walking distance from Poblado restaurant area. Well designed interior. The restaurant on the roof was terrible, fire the cook. The room cleaning staff were very lazy. I don't like rooms where no windo can open. This was one of them.

Amazing location and view For a price and rating - 5 stars a lot of things were not meeting the required quality -- breakfast was quite poor, no bathrobes and slippers even at request - basic minimum for 5 star hotels. Overall disappointing

The breakfast buffet is very good. Employees assistant at other level. The woman that is every morning organizing everything is very nice.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The front desk staff were also extremely friendly. The night view from the window was beautiful as well. There are plenty of delicious dining options within walking distance. If I have the opportunity to visit again in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

The rooftop area was really beautiful & they had a lovely co-working space where I sat and comfortably did work while I waited for my room to free up. I also really liked the breakfast buffet and the staff was super friendly & helpful! A+! No comment here

Location and clean! The only thing we didn’t like is the noise going through the door into the room we find out the frame of the doors of the entrance of the room. It wasn’t cover properly, so all the sounds go through the frame inside the room like it was happening inside and looks like most of the room have the same problem. They forgot to put some kind of silicone or cover in the frame and the wall

Location is good. Room was quite and clean. No facilities for transport from the hotel to the airport. NO swimming pool. Not easy to get to the SPA. TV only channels, no application Netflix, or HBO, or Amazon. Breakfast is OK, nothng special. I think the price is too high compared to quality and benefits.
