Staff was lovely, hotel was good, and the area was great.

Rooms had no windows so it had a musky smell, bathroom was very small and crowded, the noise was unbearable even with Ear plugs in you can hear everything from traffic to the other guests, it’s right beside the biggest party street so you hear the music going all night, legit no sleep for all 3 nights I was there. The staff did my laundry but lost a pair of socks and still charged me full amount. Wouldn’t stay here again especially for the price I payed.

The place is nice, but too small. The lady at the front desk was really very nice and provided nice customer service. Too small, and you can hear everything

I loved it proximity to everything. Its in middle of cafes , restaurants, grocery stores , Banks etc. At times the noise from the outside but i could live with it.

This hotel is now my go to whenever I'm in medellin.

This hotel is located near Provenza, which is a very popular part of Medellin. There are many restaurants, stores, and many other businesses near the hotel. Alvaro and the other staff members of the hotel we met in this hotel are very friendly and nice; they attended to all of our needs. N/A

From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality at this hotel. The staff, particularly Álvaro and Franklin, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with anything I needed, whether it was providing directions, offering local recommendations, or simply ensuring I was comfortable. Their warm and professional approach made a huge difference, and I can confidently say they are some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay—delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Additionally, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions, making it an ideal choice for both first-time visitors and those returning to explore more. While my stay was fantastic overall, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and often slow, which made it challenging to work without interruptions. A stronger, more stable internet connection would be a great enhancement. Also, while the bed was decent, it could have been a bit more comfortable. That being said, given the price point, it was still a great value for money.

Good location. Nice rooms. Too many rules. Can't have a drink after midnight is ridiculous. And I had someone that wanted to stop by to talk business but he couldn't come into my room so we had to go somewhere else. They are too strict with the guest policy

The staff is wonderfull, The room was nice. I got the room on the street side very noisy at night, Hot water didn’t always work had to wait to get barley harm at times then it got very cold.

The hotel would actually be good, BUT they made us pay the ammount twice and did not refund it. They told us, that they could not charge our credit card from my booking account. And they told us, that we will lose our reservation, if we don't pay in advance. They asked us to pay via a seperate payment link. Which we did and in the end they charged us twice the amount.
