Breakfast service was poor, almost no food at the serving table.

Everything, I had an amazing time. Breakfast time, after partying, I could not wake up earlier than 9:30 AM to have breakfast, I wish it could be extended at least one more hour.

The staff was the best part of this hotel stay We didn’t like that the hotel seemed completely different than the pictures in Booking.com. Not sure why it was different, but it was incredibly different.

The hotel is cool and in a central area of El Poblado. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we saw a guest bring some ladies into the hotel and the music of the clubs around was so loud at night we had to sleep with earplugs

Area is super convenient, close to many of the nightlife, restaurants, parks, and shopping areas. Very central. Breakfast was also great and varied. The walls were pretty thin, you could hear the noise from other rooms/from the hallway (more so than you'd be able to hear the noises from the outside). Also wish the blankets were a little thicker.
