There are no windows in the basic room that I have booked, but this was not an issue for me. Aircon ensures ventilation.

The 3 staff members through out our stay all were very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful!!! They safely held our luggage for the afternoon after checkout as we walked around Medellin and then later picked up to head to the airport which was very nice and helpful!! Unfortunately, our room all the way in the back furniture is tired and the overall decor is outdated and in need of a refresh. Also, the room seemed dirty and kinda gross unfortunately especially the white bed linens and pillow cases had very visible stains and markings on them

LOWER UNITS HAVE A HUMIDITY PROBLEM. AUTOMATIC AC SHUTOFF AS YOU PULL THE KEY FROM THE HOLDER. ALLOWS HUMIDITY TO BUILD. DOOR LOCK BECAME AN ISSUE, WOULD NOT LOCK. EVENTUALLY FIXED THAT DAY. THE DOOR IS A PLASTIC CHEAP DOOR..THAT BENDS, JUST FROM A MILD PUSH. THOSE TYPE DOORS ARE NEVER SUITABLE FOR A HOTEL SECURITY DOOR.

Room Door. It's a cheap plastic door that bends. The lock would not engage to secure the room. Anyone with a good shoulder push will make the door give way. Staff responded to fix the door...about 3 hours later a guy came and repaired and put an inside safety latch. However...those type of doors should never be used for a hotel room door. Room was underground. Humidity was high. Sticky feeling. Using the key for electricity, means the room AC turns off. While gone, the humidity rises... takes a while to diminish that, but its never enough.

Location, breakfast, hot shower. We got a room without windows, but on the pictures we book were windows. There is no difference in the rooms, you have to be lucky. No upgrade for a room with window. The room was like a tomb and it had no ventilation, so it was really humid and dark without fresh air. It was also realy noisy, you could hear your neighbours talking (and listening to the loud music until 4AM)

Location is the best, and the staff are excellent The breakfast was always the same, no variety, they have a lot to improve.

Quiet room in a licely neighbourhood. Staff were friendly. A lot of action at your doorstep. No complaints
