I thought I booked a King suite, but the double bed room still worked fine.

Good location , the bed is comfortable It seems like they are learning how to operate an hotel. Too many problems with internet connection, room keys. I could not use the internet from my room, and everytime I talked about it with any person in the front desk, it was like “okay…” The reception makes a lot of noise during the night and also before 7am. Also It is located in a very crowded area and I was expecting some noise from the bars around, but during my stay it was impossible to sleep for 2 nights. The staff is really nice and they try to help, but I feel it needs more leadership.

No service, no internet & the card machine reader doesn’t work. So I walk out

Location was excellent. Quiet with no street noise. Breakfast was healthy. Asked for another towel and was told “no”. Only left 1 hand towel for two people.

No fridge, no coffee machine available in your room and no water was given. Room is tight, also at night, noise level (music from night clubs) can be disturbing and last till the early hours. Bring your ear plugs.

Great location in El Poblado in the middle of everything. Beautiful area. The room was clean and comfortable and felt safe. AMAZING included breakfast and staff was so friendly and helpful The hot water in the shower was really slow to heat up and didn’t get hot at all the last day. There was bumping music until around 2 am every night. That being said, I expected this and just put on my sound machine with earphones! No problem just may bother some

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, the location to a lot of places to walk to. Our room was a little small limited luggage space.

It’s almost at the center of everything

Everything was perfect.

Clean comfortable rooms.reception staff Angie and Daniele really helped me to sort out a problem with my airline ticket. Room faced rear of hotel and was quite noisy into the very late night, request a room facing the street for quiet.

Location of this hotel is great. Centrally located near everything to do in Medellin. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast selection could have been better in my opinion. They have a menu and then they have the special "breakfast included menu" Some of the items available were "ok" and some, I would not try again.

So beautiful. Quiet. Such a good and kind receptionist. Well located. Hot shower. The rooms are a little small, but that did not really bother as us everything else was so good.

The Location The room are too much small, the elevator didn’t work that was suck, but the most important thing that happen was the issue with the fire alarm, that was scary and the staff didn’t have the protocol to deal, but most scary was that the was people in the room in front of us, ( didn’t remember the number but us was 304) the where smoking in the room, the door men go upstairs to talk with then and they was so rude, you guys need security for those can of problem NO ONE WAS THE CONTROL OF THE SITUATION.

and the best part is the location, everything is available near by. good food , bars , convenience stores and taxis.

Sara was a joy to deal with at the front desk, exceptional at her job and very professional

I did not have breakfast as I was out early for the 26 and 27, however, I was told breakfast starts at 8, which means most persons will eventually miss breakfast. Room was comfortable to my standard.
