Love it

Great location, great roof top with sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and spacious but we stayed on the second floor that although it has a window it faces the interior of the building so not ideal but they were full and we didn’t spend that much time in the room so it worked fine. Breakfast is à la carte with 4 options and it was good. Definitely recommend and will stay again! Only suggestion is to improve the breakfast options.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the amenities, rooftop sauna had a lovely view and was properly hot, cold plunge could be a little colder, but still was a nice addition, the views from the jacuzzi simply amazing and the bartenders were accommodating and never pushy. Stuff in general was super friendly and helpful. If you ever need anything it’s easy to communicate via whatsapp, if you don’t want to come to front desk. We were a little worried about the noise that many people mention in their reviews and at check in we were offered to only pay for one night(like a trial night) to see if we like it, before committing to full stay, which was a very nice touch. Our room was on a 5th floor facing the quieter side of the street, so for us we didn’t hear any noise and it was super comfortable, the room had ear plugs and white noise machine to help you sleep, but we didn’t need it once. There’s water and coffee/tea station available downstairs 24/7, which was nice. Location is perfect, super safe and surrounded by lovely coffee shops and restaurants. This was a perfect stay in Medellin, can’t recommend it enough Only small things to note. The jacuzzi area has only 4 lounge chairs, so if fills up pretty quickly. Showers are sort of in the middle of the room and see through, so you need to be pretty comfortable with whoever you are traveling with, having said that, we loved the design of the room

Everything!!!! We got the suite (not the highest price but the 2nd highest price) and it came with a dope balcony, jacuzzi tub, shower, extra comfy sofas and chairs, bed, tons of pillows etc. When we arrived the upstairs was technically closing but they let us hang in the pool, cold plunge and sauna well after closing and never kicked us out. Staff was amazing, and the entire building is gorgeous. I spent hours trying to find a nice place without breaking the bank that ALSO wasn’t noisy. After narrowing it down, I watched a YouTube video about it and was sold. The street IS a busy walking street with some bars, but our room was SO easy to sleep. Even though we faced the street, they have really great black out electric shutters that brought the noise down so much. Then we turned on their sleep machine that has 20 different options and we slept like babies. The first night I actually turned the sleep machine off because we didn’t really need it. The second night, it was a Saturday and the bar/restaurant access the street turned into a club with a DJ, so we did use the sound machine and slept like babies. I’m pretty sound sensitive in general so I was delighted. They also provide ear plugs but we didn’t need them. Pro tip - the roof top restaurant across the street was some one the BEST food and vibes of our trip. We ate there twice. Though there was a decent amount of storage space, the location of the closet was super awkward because the night stand butts up next to it. That was a bit annoying but the bathroom had a massive amount of storage space on top and under the counters.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The front desk being available via WhatsApp 24/7 to answer any questions was very helpful. The location is great next to all the night life and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. We loved having access to the jacuzzi over looking the city after a long day of sightseeing. Our bed was super comfortable and I loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. Definitely recommend! You are a couple streets away from the heart of the poblado nightlife, with ear plugs this didn’t bother us at all, we still slept very well.

The street can become slightly shady at night, but we had 0 problems.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and the facilities were top quality. Honestly, everything met my expectations. No major issues during my stay.

Great location, beautiful room and amazing staff. Very nice sauna on the rooftop as well. Upon arrival, they offer that you only pay the first night to see if you can deal with the noise at night. Due to its great location, you hear quite a lot of the surrounding bars and clubs. We managed with earplugs, however, this might not be the best fit for everyone. As mentioned above though, they offer you one "trial night" to see if this is manageable for you.

The problem. The hotel is next to a discotheque and the noise is too loud in the room.

The location is great for night life. I liked the design of the rooms. Having water available in the lobby was a nice amenity. Staff were friendly and helpful. I expected some noise from the neighborhood, but it wasn't that bad. Unfortunately, my room was located on the 1st floor across from the luggage storage room which is very noisy in the morning for hours. Also, the shower leaked under the floor in the bathroom.
