A block away from main street of Provenza and 2 blocks from Parque Lleras. Beautiful bar in the lobby.

The staff really made this hotel stand out and was a highlight of our trip to Colombia. Juan Guillermo, Bowie, Sandra, and many more- all were so hospitable and friendly! Also the location was perfect and the massages were a great addition

I like the room, the massage, the rooftop bar, the staff always welcoming The breakfast… My 1st breakfast they took a long time to serve me… I had a massage schedule I had to leave and went to get the massage… When I came back the breakfast they served was cold so I didn’t eat it… But the 2nd breakfast was served in a timely manner… I didn’t like the omelette but love the parfait with Greek yogurt and fruits…

Loved loved loved our stay! We rented a premium room with a jacuzzi and outdoor garden, and it felt like having our own private to house in the middle of El Poblado. The hotel is so beautifully designed! Every detail is perfect. The staff was friendly, professional, always available to help. They offer great breakfast & incredible room service. Rooftop pool and the bar is a gem! Everything was perfect

Location. Room design. Daily water refill. Amenities. Tall ceilings. Divine massage. Rooftop bar and view. Staff, bartenders, customer service. Very respecful. Scenic views. Very relaxing after 12 hour-day tour. Staff's due diligence. Muchas gracias! Safe was not saving my code but didn't end up needing it. Room would get too cold, AC auto would not adjust properly to 21C setting but overall no big deal because I was hardly in the room. I would simply turn AC off if room got too cold. Overall PHENOMENAL!

The design of the hotel and the room was very beautiful. The location was great and the pool was good. Breakfast was tasty The staff weren’t friendly. To be honest, I can’t say we got any good service from the hotel. In the last day the elevator broke down and no one even offered to bring the suitcase down. And I general the staff just didn’t seem pleased to be there.

The location is great! It is very close to the bars that you would want to go to if you are a tourist. The rooms are notably, small but decorated very nicely and there is a rooftop bar and downstairs bar and restaurant. Each room includes a balcony, but there are holes in the bottom of it so technically if someone spilled something you may get wet lol. The lights in half our room were broken and we reported it, but they never got fixed. So we were getting ready in the dark. The breakfast downstairs ends fairly early, always got our order incorrect, and charges extra for most of the drinks.  it says it includes a massage, but they are always booked so get on the schedule as early as you can.

The design of the hotel is very pretty. Unique with all the nature. Very close to Provenza and night life. The staff very friendly and helpful Although it has thick special windows, I could hear the music all night long. The breakfast could be better, it was ok.

Very unique hotel with a lots of greenery to resemble a jungle. The rooftop had a very nice pool with excellent views of Medellin. They charged for the smallest items during breakfast, ie a charge for requesting butter for toast or arepas. My wife has a severe egg allergy, and cannot have any side that eggs, so I requested substitute the protein choice for ham. They charged for this request & what was brought out was a very small amount of chopped up ham they use to add to an omelette. I was hoping for nicer slices of ham to justify the added charge.

The hotel itself is beautiful and chic. Enjoyed beverages at the bar on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly and polite and we were well looked after during our stay The rooms are much smaller than they appear, especially for two guests. We also had no expectation that there would be no privacy on the shower door and that you could visibly see someone using the shower if you were in the room at the same time. As friends travelling, this was an issue.

My mom and I felt itchy and it was hard to sleep due to this. We informed the front desk staff, all they said was that they would look into it when we informed them at check out. Later on when we arrived to our new hotel, my mom found a bed bug in her hair and killed it. This place has bed bugs and I wish I could get a refund because we didn’t sleep the whole night. We left to the airport extra early to just leave the place. Everything else was great, friendly staff but not helpful about this.
