The location is near a garbage bin extremely loud all night all hear you hear is bottles thrown in the garbage and then have construction across the street extremely loud.

When the breakfast started, the omelet station wasnt ready and there were no pancakes, waffles around 6am.

The bed was a bit to firm for my liking but overall comfortable stay.

Hotel was just fine! I think that they overcharged me at the Laundry. I paid for 7 t-shirts, 6 underwear and 4 pairs of socks + 1 water from the minibar almost 48 euro . That was a "rip-off" I think!

The room was huge and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very high quality every day. My room had a kitchen, but no utensils, cookware, plates, nothing. I had to make a special request to have these delivered to my room. But the next morning they were all taken away by housekeeping. I felt like the kitchen was just for show.

Nothing The hotel was charging me twice the cost for the booking in my check in. After complaining during my stay they promised me to send me back the money - this never happened, they are criminal persons, be careful and stay better in another hotel!

a boutique hotel with a great number of special charms located in the center of Medellin, close walk to night life, very safe and convenient. Great staff on all the levels. Just loved the place and would recommend to anyone going to Medellin. Cannot imagine anything what can be disliked there!
