Location only… First of all, this hotel is never a 4-Star hotel!…. It may be 3-Stars…. Small rooms, with zero view!….though it is well furnished…. Breakfast was very poor, in terms of options & portions)!.. Staff didn’t seem friendly at all…. Specially the gentlemen there….

The location was perfect. The free parking was such an advantage. The staff was amazing. The Jacuzzi tub I paid extra water did not get hot enough… the hot water in the shower was very hot, but for some reason, it did not work the same for the bathtub

I really liked the hotel—its location made everything easy. I was able to walk to nearby nightlife and grab food without any hassle. Since I only stayed one night, it was mainly a place to sleep, but it worked perfectly for that. Even tho I was there for a short time I wish they had a poop

Staff very accommodating, rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location. A 10 out of 10. I can’t think of one thing I would change and that’s a rarity.

location and price were excellent as was the staff Hard bed but turns out most of the beds in Columbia are on the firm side as I came to find out. lol.

The location has just about everytning. Food, Shopping, and entertainment. There was nothing I did not like.

Good location The staff was cold, rude, and made me feel uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. I didn’t feel safe or welcomed at all. I booked this hotel specifically for the jacuzzi and steam room, and they were out of order the entire time — even though I was told daily they’d be working “soon“.

Location is awesome looots of restaurants, bar, night clubs, exito not to far away Breakfast was very good and everyday is something different, staff is super friendly and very helpfull The air-conditioning was not cold enough Our room had no place to put our shampoo other than that everything was good
