It is well located The room doesn't have windows, the bathroom didn't have all the appliances like soap holder and the shower was wonky and messy. Also it was mouldy. It doesn't have a lift so prepare for walking up stairs with your suitcase. Staff is friendly but it's not very organised, we didn't even have WiFi password.

breakfast is in gorgeous restaurant which is one minute walk from the hotel. location is great, good restaurants and bars at walking distance. the spa in the bedroom was spectacular. the stairs makes it in not to be called a hotel. The room what we received was enclosed so it was not really noisy. The fan in the bathroom need some oil. the room misses some furniture and some decoration at the wall.

The breakfast was great, beds are comfortable, the staff was excellent, specially Daysi,, the staff is the best think this hotel has to offer, this hotel is not suitable for seniors, too many steps to claim, there is not elevator

I love the staff which are very friendly. There are small details in the property. Such as Cracked walls in the room, small places of moisture on walls, bathroom with details of bad finishes. The pillows are extremely heavy. I slept not that good being honest.

The hotel is very small and doesn't have any of the facilities of most hotels but it is a secure, clean, good location, and has nice staff particularly the front desk staff ( Laura Mendez) very helpful. The price/ value ratio is pretty good From our room, we could hear everything, and they don't have hot water in the bathroom sink. The breakfast is across of street with limited choices

Location and price was the best part but at the same time there is a lot of options nearby. Very small rooms, a/c doesn’t work in the first room and problem with the shower as well and then they move us to another room and the noise of the street and extractor of the bathroom were way to loud.

The metro station of "El Poblado" is at 10mins from the hotel , and there is a lot of offer of restaurants. The noise and all the bars. But it's perfect for party people

Very little to nothing Location is too loud, tradesman are on site by 6am making noise, rude and aggressive receptionist. Will not recommend.
