Hotel Loup

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, está cerca de todo, sin estar completamente dentro de la fiesta. Las instalaciones están bien. El personal es el que es súper amable, el primer día en cuanto llegue empecé a batallar con la televisión y fueron a intentar arreglar el problema y rápidamente mejor me cambiaron de habitación. Pero el personal desde las personas de recepción, quien me ayudó a subir la maleta, el de mantenimiento que fue a ayudarme con la televisión, las personas de limpieza, todos muy amables. Vi que varios se quejaban del ruido, yo la verdad no tuve problema con eso, me tocó en habitación que no daba a la calle y el ruido que se llegaba a escuchar era mínimo. Creo que sí hay cosas que podrían mejorar, como que la regadera tiraba agua estando la llave cerrada, al bañarme tenía que poner la toalla afuera de la puerta de la regadera porque no está bien el desnivel de la regadera para que todo se vaya por la coladera y se termina saliendo por abajo de la puerta. Hay un pequeño mal olor en las habitaciones, no es demasiado, pero no supe si venía de las coladeras porque se intensificaba al bañarme. Creo que las instalaciones pudieran modernizarse un poco empezando por un elevador. Pero en general es modesto y limpio.

Super clean, staff super friendly Street noise can cause issues to sleep but this is just nature of the location and not really a hotel probñem.

The rooms on the 2nd floor were bad. No windows at all. Very noisy because of the AC outside. Bathroom reeked of humidity.

Great stay

The beds are a bit hard, and the bedrooms could be a bit more soundproof, but aside from that, everything is really nice!

I didn’t stay at that property, they change me without further notice. Once I arrived the front desk told me that they would change to another hotel that he didn’t know where it was. I was traveling with seniors and they were very upset because it wasn’t what I booked. I rented a car because they told me the have parking, ant the person at the loup didn’t even know were it was. We i got to the property that they change me, they told me that they didn’t have parking, so I had to pay las $12 to $15 a day for parking. It was a horrible experience, and it would be good for you as a platform to investigate because is not fare, came from another part of the world for vacation and all I got was hassle and stress.

It gets a bit loud at night. Sound insulation is not enough given how loud the street can get at night.

Amazing location

I like that the location was central and in the heart of Provenza. Convenient stores and restaurants were literally at our doorstep. Breakfast included was a good touch, although it lacked variety. The Rooftop breakfast area on the 6th floor was awesome. The price point was also good. It had no elevator for 6 floors. We didn't have hot water for a day and a half, although eventually it was fixed...things do happen, i suppose.

Location was safe. Room was clean and had everything I needed, including a hair dryer. Breakfast is great and made to your order. The noise level is so high because of the nightclubs right next/behind the building. It sounded like my room was right next to the nightclub. I wanted to sleep early but the noise continued until around 2 a.m. If you want good quality sleep, I would not choose this location.

Really nice staff. No elevators, no noise supression (so you hear all the noise from the clubs around it).
