Great location, right in the thick of thiings. Plently of bars, restaurants, and cafes around. Felt safe walking around, front desk staff were helpful. It is in the thick of things, so party noise goes until around 4am - no a major issue but if youre a light sleeper could be

The location is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby, park Lleras a few mins walk and the staff is very friendly. The AC didn't work the first night and the host refused to compensate saying that we complained in the morning rather than immediately.

The 2 gentlemen staff at the front desk were helpful and didn't appear judgemental of my bachelor lifestyle. I also like the location. The hotels location placed this hotel at the top of my list. There is a serious problem with the showers hot water. It either didn't come on, or would become extremely hot. It was also difficult to add cold water to have a consistent warm shower. My guests also complained about the shower. In all the hotels I visited all over the world, this one has the worst shower. There was also no heat in my room. There was a day when the temperature dropped but because there was no heat and the blanket was thin, I had to wear my clothes in bed to stay warm.

Beds are comfy, location is perfect, extremely safe since the entrance is locked with a gate that an employee must open from inside. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent and no AC or windows so it was a little suffocating at times, even if rhe weather outside was nice.

The shower hot water wouldn't stay hot enough to shower properly. Water would get cold very fast.

WiFi was good. Hotel was safe with gated entry. Rooms were not clean. Dust everywhere and under bed area completely unclean. Very loud until 4am. No refund offered when asked to shorten stay.
