Staff misled me I landed at midnight I was told over the phone I can check in early when I got there they changed and tried to charge me double the price from 1 am to 11am. I cancelled and went stayed at the Marriott. The staff misleading me

No issues with loudness from buisnesses near by. Staff was able to give assistance with directions and recommendations during stay. Liked the policy of room cleaning.process. Staff looks after your well being and safety. Many good food options in walking dustance.

Hotel was great, staff was great, location was perfect.

The staff Tv was broken

The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and caring. The property was spotless—everything looked clean, well maintained, and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with multiple options to choose from. The location was perfect for me, though it’s worth noting that it can be a bit noisy at night. That said, it’s ideal for nightlife, with plenty of restaurants, nightclubs, and bars nearby. Overall, my experience was defined by the staff, who were always attentive and ready to meet all my needs. I didn’t like the system that requires using the room key card to keep the lights and air conditioning on. Once the card is removed, everything switches off within about 10 seconds, so every time you enter the room it’s completely dark until you insert the card again. They also use motion-sensor lighting in the hallways, which tends to turn on and off randomly; at times, the lights even switch off while you’re standing and waiting for the elevator. Additionally, the room key cards could use an update, as they look worn and outdated.

Wilson top tier customer service and The location if you want to party every night Noisy during the day, since it’s very Noisy during the night, you expect to sleep during the day but the housekeepers are very noisy, if it’s not speaking loud , they play loud music in the hall so no good sleep daytime nor night time.

Clean rooms, and enough amenities. Staff was really nice during the stay The hotel bar has music until 4am. Standard room you pay more for less noise, and our room was on below ground level, noise was very unpleasant. You hear everything through the corridors and bed is very hard.

The extra guest is too much. They could just leave the ID with the staff and get it back on their way out.

The location and staff was excelente. The breakfast should have been a little different, everyday the same menu. Rice with vegetables everyday.

If you want to be in the nightlife scene this the place for you. Lleras park is at the end of the block. Walking distance to Provenza and all the vendors clubs, bars and restaurants. Loud music til 3am so if you plan to sleep do it early in the day. This is simply a party weekend spot w/ no Lux & no frills. Cheap, clean place crash after a night of drinking and parties.

Excellent Location The Club next door or 2 doors down playing thump thump music til 4 every morning
