room. It is not what you on the site. the hotel is loud.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. And the room i got i had a great view of the city. Good location ?

I had a great stay at Hotel Lleras 10 and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín. The location is one of its biggest advantages. It's within walking distance of everything you could need, including restaurants, nightlife, shopping malls, museums, and many of the city's most popular tourist attractions. The El Poblado neighborhood also felt very safe, which made it comfortable to explore both during the day and at night. The room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows made it easy to get a good night's sleep, and the air conditioner worked exceptionally well, keeping the room cool and comfortable even on warmer days. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistently hot water, which was always appreciated after a long day of exploring. The in-room hot tub was also a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made the overall experience even better. Tuve una excelente estancia en el Hotel Lleras 10 y sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que visite Medellín. Su ubicación es uno de sus mayores atractivos, ya que está muy cerca de todo lo que puedas necesitar: restaurantes, vida nocturna, centros comerciales, museos y la mayoría de los principales lugares turísticos de la ciudad. Además, el barrio El Poblado se siente muy seguro, lo que permite caminar con tranquilidad tanto de día como de noche. La habitación fue muy cómoda. La cama y las almohadas eran muy confortables y permitieron descansar muy bien. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, manteniendo la habitación fresca en todo momento. La ducha tenía excelente presión de agua y siempre salía agua caliente, algo que se agradece después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. También disfruté mucho del jacuzzi dentro de la habitación, ideal para relajarse al final del día. My only suggestions for improvement would be to include a small movable table in the room to make eating or working more convenient, and to provide a larger beverage refrigerator for storing more drinks and bottled water. Como sugerencia de mejora, me hubiera gustado que la habitación contara con una mesa pequeña que pudiera moverse fácilmente para comer o trabajar con mayor comodidad, además de un refrigerador un poco más grande para guardar bebidas y botellas de agua.

No Hot Water

Personal in the lobby no good !!

Not possible to close bathroom window, so noise from outside could sometimes be heard (window connects to stairwell). It was usually quiet, but other guests could be heard, so light sleepers take note.

Hot water for a shower. I was told the next day the shower hot water would be repaired.Something about the boiler system.And ask for a refund or a discount,since water it was cold.Wasn't able to shower for 2 days or shave.And then I left on the third day and my friend said they still didn't have anything repaired.Never will stay again at this hotel. Don't care once they recied my money. Also after paying in full booking.com ask if I stayed at hotel? So I didn't recieve credit for stay and paid with my credit card.

Just the location. Not much else. I asked for help with luggage from the car. Nobody came. I had to haul all my stuff to the lobby to check in. Eventually someone came to help bring things from the lobby to my room. The breakfast was terrible and you had to climb stairs to get there. The elevator doesn't go to that floor. Upon checkout, I paid everything, including the lost key (which was quite expensive). When I got to the airport, I received a bill for the lost key and the room I had paid for already, both by debit card. They are crooks.

I have to cal about 3 times because The Air conditioner do not working and breakfast do not have variety enough.

Very friendly staff: best ever! Clean, very comfortable room. Showers/ toilets perfectly clean. Surely a place to go back to.

The hotel is in an excellent location few steps from the main plaza and across the street from a great supermarket . The hotel has the best view in Puerto Morelos Needs maintenance specially the shower

For what I paid I have nothing to complain about.
