I didnt like that the Tv doesnt work really well, they dont have netflix ans its supoos to be a smart i called front desk they said that all rooms has the same problem. U can only use the tv with screen share from ure phone.

Room is clean, facilities are ok. Breakfast is good with selection possibilities. Location is at the city centre, very near to the metro station also. The best thing about this hotel is the value given to the costumers. Other than that, staff is great, and always helpful. The only problem is the noise from the street. This is not the fault of the hotel actually, however you can hear the music from the stret/restaurants/bars at the night.

We had a large suite on the seventh floor. The breakfast, location, and staff were all perfect. We liked everything.

The location was good. The staff was Friendly. The Front Desk clerk Andres was nice and very helpful. I can’t say anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Location was loud but breakfast was good the wood floors tail were popping out of the floor. and it was dirty.staff was rude, victor H did not speak english and was really demeaning.

The premises were clean. I also liked the breakfast and there was availability of a vending and a water machine in the lobby. That was very helpful to just walk in the hotel, fill or buy your water at the machines and keep going to your room. The staff at the breakfast was very warm helpful. Access to taxis was extremely quick and safe. Too noisy. If you need a good night rest after a long day, this is NOT the place. Not only was there outside noise from the traffic and the metro very early in the morning, but also the other rooms next door. I could hear them talk and the TV on was a disaster, the 1st night it was until 3 oclock and then about 4 or 5 am you could already hear backing up trucks and the metro outside the window. The second day, both my friends in another room and I heard someone in the hallway very early in the morning, what looked like someone handling and throwing bins arount: it was somewhat around 5 am in the early morning. They were making a lot of noice and it felt like they were throwing things around on purpose. We could not verify whether it was an employee or a guest, but sounded like a cleaning person emptying garbage bins in the hallways. The setup of my room and also the bathroom were small and very uncomfortable - too small and uneasy to navigate and access the desk and closet. It was also strange that there were no extra security locks on the room doors. I did not feel safe, also due to the noises at night in the hallway. At the check out, they wanted to charge items that I did not use and I found it very unconfortable standing there and explaining that I didn't consume the items, since at check in, an employee came, verified and checked the items and let me sign a small voucher. When I asked to see the voucher I signed, the other employee at check out next to the one attending me just said: leave it like that. From where I was standing, I saw from afar that someone scrambled on the voucher. Maybe they mixed the vouchers, but I left with a very uncomfortable feeling as if there was still a misunderstanding about the items, when I was sure I did not take any of the items.

The lady concierge was not so friendly. She was working alone and we were a big group checking in too.

Property was worth the price . Clean , great staff and location . Location

The room was small. There was no safe box in the rooms. The electronic key didn't work properly. It's a bit old and mixed matched repaired and rebuilt. The window didn't closed and you could hear the street and nightlife noise.
