The staff was one of the best out there. Haven't met such a friendly staff in a long time . The pillows weren't comfortable. Also the location is great for party and nightlife not so much if you want to rest. Too busy but I liked it overall

the location, staff and hotel was great. our apartment was not cleaned before our arrival and we had to use our Lysol wipes to clean everything. It felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned since the last person that was there….who knows since when. we advised the staff and they still didn’t go to really clean the room after the complaint.

Great location. Also value for money is really good. Comfortable beds, decent breakfasts. Close to the ground train, so you can get almost everywhere in Medellin. Lots of restaurants and clubs in the neighborhood. It is loudy sometimes. Noise comes from the garage, but also everyday the day the kitchen ladies were going to work very early, talking loud on the corridor. As the door had a hole by the treshold, you basically participate in this conversations. Wifi quality is poor.

clean, friendly, and comfortable parking garage was outside my door and one level down so I heard people all night and cars come in and out.

Great welcome and generally warm friendly staff. Very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Powerful, hot shower. Reasonable breakfast. Central location. The noise from Carrera 70 is intrusive and goes on well into the morning
