Ayenda cancel my reservation without preview notification, when I arrived to Medellin, we received the surprise that I don't have a room, fatality fatality, talk very bad of your company, I never again use and recommend Ayenda. In few words your are very IRRESPONSABLE

The matrass was amongst the worst I have ever encountered - unacceptable. The staff was friendly but some of them were unfortunately very loudly conversing right in front of my room in the morning so I could no longer sleep.
