They mistake the price on the platform so I booked and once there (after paying) they refused me and rised way mucher the price. So I lost time and had to go somewhere else. They didn't give the money back, not accepting my cancelation, such a low move

I booked on booking for 9000 cop, but when I wanted to check in on arrival they said I have to pay 60000 cop. Is it already was very late I had to agree. When I enter the room it smelled completely damp and mouldy. So luckily they at least could give me another room. I asked Booking to please solve this issue for me but so far they didn't get back to me'/

Very good

Close to the train station, close to any type of restaurant, easy to get transportation Beds bad, pillow horrible, blanquets way too small, they wasnt having tv signal for almost 3 days, they had 2 groups of teenegers on the hotel staying running around and making noises at 2,3 in the morning, no consederation on guests.

It was old fashioned and the ac wasn't working very well

On La70 street Room look old. Toilet close to wall. Can't bare use it.

The receptionist during the check-in was very rude. That made me to look for options and immediately found another three hotels much better than this one. I moved to one of the m once my booking ended as its cancellation policy. Bad experience.

Good

It was walking distance to everything: supermarket, drugstore, subway, food, beauty shop, tattoo shop, clubs, restaurants and so on. You can here everything that is going on outside. The cars, trucks, music at the clubs, people chatting loudly. If you like to party or does not get disturbed easily from your sleep than it's good.

Location was aweful. I arrived after a soccer game and there was like a carnival outside the hotel. For several blocks there were drunk, roudy prople. It was around midnight. I begged my driver not to leave me there. I was terrified That was enough for me. Arriving for the first time in Medellin and witnessing the crowds intoxicated and angry about a socceer game loss...I was not going to expose myself by staying in that neighbourhood. My driver found another hotel for me to stay. But this hotel would not agree to a full refund. They never replied to my emails which included a letter from my driver who testified all my statements. A local person from Medellin.

It’s location. 3 minutes walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants, bars and stores around it. The sheets weren’t that much clean.
