Location perfect. Natalia and Darluis and all other are very nice people.

Very convenient to stadium and sports complex. It was noisy.

The Venezuela lady who was the receptionist was very rude. She did not give the hotel even I booked in bookings.com. So they do not follow bookings terms and conditions.

Excellent staff and a great location. They were extremely helpful and my room was spacious and nice, and I will definitely stay here again. Everything was fine.

The location is excellent along 70 and close to the stadium and Ivan de Bedout Basketball Arena, which is where I spent most of my time. The staff are all amazing and so helpful and so nice, everything was excellent. Everything was great.

I was going to a sports event so location was very convenience. Located a few blocks from the stadium. Although area is very noisy, room was quiet which it was nice. Majority of staff very nice and helpful. I checked in Friday night for 9 days. On Sunday, it was mother’s day and I had my sister and my nephew pay a visit and spend the afternoon doing manicure and pedicure to my son and myself. They spend the afternoon with us, we went to have lunch out to celebrate Mother’s Day and then went back to have our beauty afternoon, but at the end of the afternoon, I received a call from front desk and said that I was going to charged as an overnight extra charge for my visit because they were in my room for more than 20 minutes. I was upset and confused to hear the news. It seems people use this hotel as a sex tourism, so You are not charged per person per night. Instead if you bring a friend or relative or somebody to your room for more than 20 minutes, he/she will be charged as an additional guest. I was not aware of this policy because it is not on their policies on booking. However, it was on a piece of paper on the front desk but nobody explained during the check in process. Had a argument with stuff at the front desk about it, because I refused the charges. she handled very poorly. It ruined my day and my experience at the place. I made it escalate to the manager next day, hoping to find a solution but she was even worst. Very unprofessional was not able to handle it. instead of looking for a solution, did not even wanted to talk with me face to face but over the phone while she was been on premises. I was going to stay 9 days and had to cut it short after 4 days. Had to have booking intervene to have my money back and booked a different location through booking.

The room to small

My room was very clean. The pillows were thick and had a necessary plastic cover over the pillow, then a clean and ironed pillowcase. 2 plugs in the bathroom were dead outlets. One outlet in the bedroom was a dead outlet leaving 2 outlets that worked and located next to the bed.

Disappointed very simple NOT RECOMMEND Colombia is a major exporter for Coffee, and they do not serve that at this Hotel had to go to another place to take a breakfast. Ps. Thought Genius level 2/3 had some benefits ...!!! DIDN'T GOT NONETHELESS nor a breakfast !! Air-condition was not functioning, have requested several times to check this did not get any response, We have asked to change room neither got a approval on this as I was traveling with two elderly person was very unpleasant stay !!
