Decent hotel , great location , great price ! Beds could have been a little softer.

Shampoo was not provided in the room. That's the basic necessity. I think our room should be cleaned at least every other day if not every day.

Although the bed was clean ..the mattresse was hard and the blanket stink, Was not clean. Sistem of ligth is. Something more to worries, it works wit card. No elevator so I must to go up with my two big bags to the 4th floor...poor breakfast. Take long to get hot water in the shower.

Staff asking . Do you need houskeeping, because you need to leave di keys room? they asking me the 9days?? kitchen staff ask me if i'm allone.. That is not her bussines... my information is at my reservation. That is unconfortable..?

The location near the metro station. The hotel was very noisy due to hotel guests in the night and early morning. The hotel staff did not interphene.
