They were under construction of a new building story and didn’t inform us before arrival.

I'm take my room and that are dirty, the staff give me another room an them are dirty too, to fix the issue they give me another clean room and two beers. My daughter told me after the room is not toilet paper.

the surroundings aren't the best, too many homeless people but it is a central location close to the metro station which helps for easy transportation

Very nice, clean hotel. They are building a elevator so that would be great once is working. The beds and pillows are ok, the washrooms are roomy, modern and clean

Comfy bed, secure parking, wifi was good. Breakfast was off site and nice. The name is El Oscar... but it wouldn't win an Oscar. They should of finished the hotel before opening. There is a big cavity where the lift should be. My room had a fan that didn't move and only blew air towards the door but all the connections for ac are there. Bathroom was so tiny but worked.
